Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is an American actress and model. A talent agent who saw her talent and noted her talents convinced her to go into the industry of entertainment. She dropped out of university after much consideration to make a move into entertainment. In the movie Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror she debuted and was disappointed with her performance. In order to prove her worth her worth, she appeared in several low-budget movies to enhance her acting. Even though it was not an easy path to take, the actor's sheer determination and tenacity were well-rewarded. Her acting career took off following her not only praise but also recognition for her role as a character in Training Day. A few of her most well-known films include 2 Fast 2 Furious Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans and Holy Motors.
